Want to get involved in an exciting NEW Race Series for the MK2 Golf GTI?

A new budget race series for the Volkswagen Golf GTI MK2 is commencing in July 2007.

This Series will be part of the 750 Motor Club calendar for 2007, with 5 races at premier UK circuits:-

• Cadwell Park 1st July
• Brands Hatch 29th July
• Silverstone 18th August
• Snetterton 30th September
• Mallory Park 14th October

Regulations developed to provide low cost and competitive racing, with the intention of preventing those with large budgets from ruling the grid.

Regulations include:-
• 2 Race Classes – 8 and 16 valve
• Standard engines with standard or control camshafts
• Exhausts free from manifold back
• Free spring and damper rates
• 6-point Bolt in Roll Cage only
• Toyo control tyres and Millers Oils Control fluids
• Minimum weights for both classes (inc. driver)

This series is run by Volkswagen enthusiasts, who feel it is important to race in a friendly and helpful atmosphere, making race days a social occasion.
